Ginu is an agile coach with more than a decade of experience
He has excellent knowledge in building high performing geographically distributed teams. He worked with teams from India, the USA, Australia, Qatar, Norway & Sweden. He has a great interest in people, culture, history, teamwork & psychological safety. He is an avid traveller and published many travel articles in printed and online media.
Ginu has a great passion to build and grow agile communities. He is the organiser for ‘Being Agile Stockholm’, a public community based out of Stockholm to build the agile network in the city. in 2018-19 he was the organiser for ‘Oslo Agile Commune’ – Oslo Norway and Event host of SAFe around the world community.
He worked as a reviewer for the Global Scrum Gathering held in Vienna, New York & Portugal. He is the user group leader for the scrum alliance in Stockholm. He has worked with scrum alliance to develop the courseware material for Scrum Foundations Course.
Ginu is a certified SAFe program consultant since 2018. Scrum Foundation trainer for Scrum alliance since 2018. He has trained more than 500 people in their agile journey.
