“I have two kinds of problems: the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent.”
Dwight D. Eisenhower
Dwight D. Eisenhower was the 34th President of the United States. Before becoming president, he was a five-star general in the United States Army, served as the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe during World War II.
His most famous productivity tool is known as the Eisenhower Box. A simple decision-making tool that helps you make the distinction between tasks that are important, not important, urgent, and not urgent.

This tool will help you to organise your tasks into four different quadrants.
1. Tasks that are Urgent and important (do immediately)
2. Tasks that are Important, but not urgent (schedule to do later)
3. Tasks that are Urgent, but not so important (delegate to someone else).
4. Tasks that are neither urgent nor important (eliminate them).
This is a great decision-making tool for prioritising important tasks and staying focused.
Happy decision making..!!
