2001, February Snowbird ski resort in the Wasatch mountains of Utah. Seventeen amazing people gathered to ski, relax, talk, eat and prepare something big. Most of them worked on lightweight software development methodologies, such as eXtreme programming, Scrum, the Dynamic System Development Method, Crystal, adaptive software development, and specific concepts such as design-driven development, refactoring, pragmatic programming, and modelling languages.
The meeting was initially named as “Lightweight Methods Summit”. They made something revolutionary that changed the way we develop software and beyond – The Agile Manifesto.
On this 20th anniversary day of agile manifesto, let us reflect on
How are we interacting with others
How are we delivering values every day
How are we collaborating with our customers?
Are we responding to change or still following the plan?
