How your behaviour is driven by internal rewards ?

There are many reasons people work. One of the main motivators is money. Yes, People work for money. It’s not a new phenomenon that you need money to survive.

But this man in the picture works for free for a rail association and he is one among the many volunteers who I met during a recent trip to Arvidsjaur in North Sweden. They are recreating the history by running a 100 year old steam engine.Every summer Fridays and Saturdays they run this train between Arvidsjaur and Slagnäs.
